About First3D
First3D sells personalized, made-to-order products within India. The business is operated by Aarav Saklecha.
Placing an order
Please provide accurate contact details, a complete delivery address and the correct personalization information.
We may contact you if information needed for production or delivery is missing.
Payments
We accept prepaid payments through Razorpay, using the payment methods available at checkout.
Cash on delivery is not available.
Prices and taxes
The product prices shown on our website are inclusive of all taxes. No additional tax is added at checkout.
Shipping is charged separately at ₹140 per order and is shown before payment.
Cancellation and personalization changes
You can request a cancellation or a change to your personalization within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Your request must reach us within that 30-minute window. After 30 minutes, we do not accept cancellations or personalization changes through our normal process.
This window also applies to personalization charges included in your order.
To request a cancellation or change, contact us immediately with:
• Your order number.
• The name used for the order.
• The cancellation request or exact change needed.
If your cancellation is accepted within the 30-minute window, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order, including personalization charges, to the original payment method.
Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Checking personalization details
Please check all names, initials, spelling and selected options before paying.
We personalize products using the information submitted with the order. Customer-entered mistakes are not eligible for a free remake or replacement when we produced the item correctly.
Design previews
We do not send a design preview for approval before production.
Mistakes made by First3D
If the finished personalization does not match the details you submitted, contact us. We will arrange an appropriate correction or replacement at our cost.
Product sizes and appearance
Product size may vary depending on the length of your chosen name or text.
Product photos are examples. Your finished item will use the personalization and options submitted with your order.
Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
For sizing questions, extra charms, other colours or special requests, contact us before ordering.
EverUs photographs
EverUs does not include a printed photograph. Customers add their own printed photograph after delivery.
Shipping and order issues
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains production, delivery estimates and tracking.
Our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy explains damaged items, incorrect products, replacements and refunds.
If we cannot fulfil an order
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled order or item.
Reviews, photos and videos
Customers can submit ratings from 1 to 5 stars, written reviews and optional photos or videos through our website.
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences with the product.
Only upload content that you own or have permission to share. Do not upload private information, unlawful material, abusive content or content involving other people without the necessary permission.
Permission to share reviews
By submitting a review under these terms, you give First3D permission to display and share that review, including photos or videos you choose to upload, on our website, social media, advertisements and other marketing materials.
You keep ownership of your content.
We may shorten or format a review for display, but we will not change its meaning.
We will not intentionally publish private email addresses or phone numbers alongside promotional use of a review.
Review moderation
We may remove spam, fake reviews, private information, abusive material or content unrelated to the product.
A review will not be removed simply because it is negative.
Review requests
We may send an automated request asking you to review a purchased product. Leaving a review is optional.

Using our website
Do not misuse the website, attempt fraudulent transactions or upload unlawful content.
Do not copy First3D’s branding, original product images or website content without permission.
Customer rights
Nothing in these terms removes customers’ rights under applicable law.
