SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Where we deliver
First3D currently delivers within India, subject to courier availability for your PIN code.

Shipping charges
Shipping costs ₹140 per order. This charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Production time
Our products are personalized and made to order. Production usually takes 1–4 calendar days after we receive your payment and complete personalization details.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 1–10 calendar days after dispatch.

Production time and delivery time are separate. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Courier delays, weather, holidays and other unexpected issues may affect delivery.

Shipping partner
We use Shiprocket to arrange shipping. Delivery is handled by a courier available through its platform.

Tracking your order
Tracking updates will be shared through Shiprocket notifications when tracking is available.

You can also WhatsApp us on 8712855453 with your order number. We can check the shipment and share its latest status.

Your delivery details
Please check your address, PIN code and phone number before placing an order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Address changes depend on whether the shipment has already been booked or dispatched.

If an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery causes additional courier charges, we will contact you before arranging another shipment.
