• Shopify, which operates our online store.
• Razorpay, which processes payments.
• Shiprocket and its delivery couriers, which arrange and complete shipping.
• Judge.me, which manages product reviews and review requests.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or email, those services also handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
Payment security
Payments are processed through Razorpay. First3D does not ask customers to send card PINs, CVVs, passwords or payment OTPs through chat or email.
Personalization details
We keep customer-provided personalization details, such as names and initials entered for production, for about one month after the customer receives their product.
After that, we delete or anonymize those personalization details when they are no longer needed. Relevant information may be kept longer if required to resolve an active order issue or meet a legal requirement.
Other business records
The one-month period applies only to personalization details. It does not apply to all customer information.
Order, payment, invoice, delivery, customer-support and other business records may need to be kept longer for accounting, legal or dispute-resolution purposes.
Cookies
Our store and its service providers may use cookies and similar tools to operate the cart and checkout, remember preferences, support security and understand website use.
You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls available on the website. Blocking some cookies may affect store features.
Reviews and uploaded media
Reviews and any photos or videos you choose to submit may be displayed publicly. Do not include private information that you do not want others to see.
Privacy requests
You can contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion.
We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or other legitimate business reasons.
